We didn’t even make it close to the ball dropping last night. I think we have only watched it once since I was pregnant with Kaelan. It gets pretty hard to stay up late with a little one. When the kids get a little older I guess we’ll be able to join in the festivities again.

I saw it!
But only because I was sleeping on the couch, keeping an eye on Olivia and I happened to wake up at 5 minutes to midnight. It might have been a few premature fireworks that actually woke me, but whatever the case, I saw the ball drop to Dick Clark’s countdown then turned off the television and returned to sleep.
